I'm having a problem with the app. What should I do?
We will need some specific information about the problem you are facing to be able to help you. Sometimes, the app may freeze or crash, but those issues have various forms and causes.
Information needed:
- Your device model and type
- The operating system and version (iOS or Android with version number)
- The version of the app installed
- Problem description with as much detail as possible
- A screenshot or video recording (highly appreciated)
- Your USER ID (found in Options screen, use "Copy to clipboard" button)
- Any additional relevant information

How can I change my Privacy Settings?
You can manage privacy preferences through the Options screen. You can change how your personal data is used by selecting "Manage options."
What vendors can do:

- Identify devices based on automatically transmitted information
- Use precise geolocation data (requires consent)

What are "coins" and how can I use them?
Coins are the premium currency for unlocking puzzles and collections in the app.
How can I earn coins?
Watch rewarding ads for up to 60 coins per session. You can also collect individual coins that appear randomly during gameplay. Make sure to watch ads completely to receive your reward. You start with 80 coins in your initial wallet.
How do I buy puzzles?
Each puzzle costs 50 coins to unlock. You can also purchase coin packages through the in-game Coin shop.
How can I reset a completed puzzle?
You can solve completed puzzles again by selecting the puzzle and tapping the "RESET" button to clear your progress.
How can I restore my lost progress?
Requirements:
- Latest app version installed
- Internet connection active
- Facebook account login
Steps:
- Ensure your Facebook login is current
- Tap the "Cloud login" button (upper right corner)
- Select the blue "Sign In" button
- Wait for cloud synchronization
- Progress restores within seconds
